Penthouse “Mare Cielo” with veranda and terrace overlooking the sea, village and Castel: an apartment on the 4th floor, 80 sqm with double bedroom and private toilette, tv full hd 22″ and airco, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with oven, dishwasher and washing machine, airco and tv full hd 32″. Exclusive use of the terrace upstairs.

Our staff will be always available to give useful advice on places nearby to see and you can use free wi-fi connection in any point of our B&B.

In your room there is a courtesy kit, bed linen & towels  that are changed every three days (if you need them changed every day there is a supplementary cost of €1,00 for every towel. So if you need them changed you can  simply put them inside the shower cabin);

Every morning, if necessary, you can have the rearrangement of your room ( the cleaning of the kitchen area is not included, but if you need it, the cost of extra cleaning will be added onto your bill. If not, please, leave the apartment in the same conditions you have found it).

Important Information:

– The city tax is of € 1,00 per day per person, applicable from the 1st of June until the 30th of September.

– Prices shown above don’t include an extra for the final clearing of €20 applicable for a minimum stay of 7 and more nights.

– Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00, we ask you to inform us about the time of your arrival.

– Check-out is until10:30. If you need to check-out at a different time please inform us and we will try to satisfy your needs.

– The B&B is NOT equipped with elevator. To reach studios there is a staircase of 32 steps.

– Parking: Please do not enter into Chianalea with your car, the area is reserved only for residents. It’s possible to leave the car at the port of Scilla (the southern side of Chianalea) or near the Church of St. Joseph (the northern side of Chianalea).Our B&B is located at about 400 meters from each parking place.

– Pets are allowed for an extra charge of €10 per night (as we use specific products for final cleaning, to meet the needs of those who are allergic to animal fur).

– The Policies of Reservation: to confirm your reservation we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount  through the bank transfer to be carried out within 3 working days from the communication. The remaining amount is paid at the moment of your arrival.
